Fildena 100 is a medication used primarily for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active pharmaceutical ingredient Sildenafil Citrate, which belongs to a class of medications known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Sildenafil Citrate in Fildena 100 inhibits the action of PDE5. By blocking PDE5, sildenafil helps to prolong the effects of cGMP, allowing for sustained blood flow into the penis and promoting an erection when sexually stimulated. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet before swallowing. Fildena 100 should be taken approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity.
