This is a chrome extension.  This app manage tabs and URLs, and save URLs with keywords, group names and note.

This app is with React, Bootstrap, React-Bootstrap and TypeScript.

Chrome から提供されている API を用いてタブ情報の取得を行い、目印となるキーワードやグループ、メモなどをつけて保存することができます。
