Reunion
As the secretary of the mid-term report meeting, I was in charge of the administrative moderator, so I will record what I did at that time.

1. Background
During the BIPSEE internship, a mid-term presentation was to be held. We third-year students were in charge of organizing the mid-term presentation and the reunion. I and another third-year student were in charge of organizing and hosting the event.
2. Purpose
The participants should know what they are supposed to be doing now.
3. What I did
I prepared a script/PowerPoint presentation for the MC in English.
I discussed with the secretary-leader and confirmed the flow of the event from the time of arrival to the time of leaving.
I summarized how to deal with any anticipated injuries based on the location and what was being done
One other person and I collected money and kept track of attendance.
I also had the participants take their temperatures and present negative corona certificates, etc.

4. Review & Impression
Since we had carefully prepared for the day of the event by making scripts and materials, we thought the day would go well. However, on the day of the event, the registration desk for attendance and corona infection control was extremely crowded and the reception did not go smoothly. Also, the moderator did not do as well as I had hoped. Preparation of equipment used for presentations and self-introductions were also all areas for improvement. I spent a lot of time preparing, but because nothing went right, I did not enjoy the Reunion very much, but the OBOG members and other classmates who attended seemed to enjoy it, so I thought that was good. I also did some research and put together a list of how to deal with injuries, but I was relieved that no one was injured and it was all over.
I am sure that I will be a secretary again when I join a research laboratory or a company in the future, and I would like to make use of this experience at that time.
